The proven Stell-lok™ system uses a rigid clamping system to produce both internal and external 60° threads. Positive rake inserts are available as well as inserts for fine pitch threads. Internal TPI ranges from 4-24 and external TPI ranges from 4-44.

Double-ended inserts are used in holders that also accommodate grooving and profiling inserts. A multi-angle clamping device eliminates insert breakage because the insert is held more securely.

Indexability from end to end is precise. Stell-lok™ is designed to access hard-to-reach places you may not have been able to reach before. We offer solutions in both coated and uncoated grades and solutions are available in a complete line of inserts for external and internal work.
