Where is your reconditioning center located?
Our main
center is located within our Ibstock, England manufacturing
facility, the same location where our finished drills are
manufactured.
How long will it be until I get my drills back?
For the US allow 3-4 weeks after receipt of drills and for Europe 2-3 weeks after receipt of drill.
What happens if my drills are not eligible for regrind?
There are three options on the reconditioning form for you to choose if your drills are not eligible for regrinding. They are scrap, return, or replace the drill.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 3
drills per diameter.
How much does it cost?
Do I have to pay shipping?
Yes, shipping charges apply.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges will vary also. You have the option to ship these UPS Regular Ground, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air for the Americas and for Europe
UPS Standard or UPS Express.
