Unidrill
The Unidrill® product range is a replaceable insert system with the capability of drilling several diameters with one body. Both HSS and carbide inserts are available for drilling all materials.

Unidrill Geometries
Geometry CR Grade SP9336
(T15 High Speed Steel with TiAlN PVD coating)
For machining steels, cast irons (including nodular) and non-ferrous materials. This geometry has cross ground point, radial land, chip splitters and a corner protection radius.

Diameter range 10mm - 25mm / 0.390" – 1.000"

Geometry CR Grade SP9530
(M4 high speed steel with TiN PVD coating)
For machining steels, cast irons (including nodular) and non-ferrous materials. This geometry has cross ground point, radial land, chip splitters and a corner protection radius. Also incorporates a quick release slot behind the clamping screws.

Diameter range 25mm - 114mm / 1.000" – 4.500"

Geometry HR Grade SP4036
(Micrograin carbide with TiAlN PVD coating)
First choice for machining low hardness steel (<230 HB) and stainless steels. This geometry has a helically ground point, a strengthened cutting edge and radial land allowing for excellent centering and high penetration rates.

Diameter range 10mm - 25mm / 0.390” - 1.000”

Geometry PR Grade H22
(Micrograin carbide)
First choice for machining aluminum and other non–ferrous alloys. This geometry has a cross point grind, wide chip groove, high positive web grind, chip splitters and no radial land. This allows for high penetration rates and smooth evacuation of the machined chip.

Diameter range 10mm - 25mm / 0.390" – 1.000"

Geometry SR Grade SP4036
(Micrograin carbide with TiAlN PVD coating)
First choice for machining steels, cast irons and nodular irons. This geometry has a cross ground point, radial land and a corner protection chamfer.

Diameter range 10mm - 35mm / 0.390" - 1.375"

Unidrill Series
P Body Range
Six standard bodies in three different lengths offering L/D ratios up to 7:1 and accommodating hole sizes from 10.0 mm to 25.6 mm or 0.394" to 1.008" diameter.
S Body Range

Eight standard bodies in two different lengths offering L/D ratios up to 7:1 and accommodating hole sizes from 25.0 mm up to 114 mm or 0.984" to 4.015" diameter.

The Unidrill® is available with Weldon or Morse taper shanks.

Drilling diameters are available in 0.05 mm or 0.001" (P range) and 0.1 mm or 0.004" (S range) increments with a variety of geometries to suit most materials. The Unidrill® works on both static and rotating applications.
