Stellram was awarded ISO 9001-2000 certification in early 2004 for the design and production of cutting tool holders and inserts at its La Vergne, TN manufacturing facility.

This world-class certification process included analysis and evaluation of Stellram’s planning, communication, engineering, manufacturing, quality control and customer service practices.

As quality audits have progressed over the years, more and more emphasis is being placed on how an organization utilizes its operating practices in building customer relationships.
